I am a Black lesbian woman raised in the South, a social worker, and a therapist. My passion? helping people connect with their most authentic selves in order to build a life that feels true and fulfilling.
In my free time, you’ll find me reading, crocheting, tending to my plants, watching my favorite shows over and over again, or spending time with my family and my partner. I am also a self-proclaimed ✨ reformed✨ church girl, so I know what it feels like to carry the weight of internalized homophobia, the challenges of late-stage coming out, and the family stress that sometimes come with embracing who you truly are.
It is this lived experience deeply informs my work. As I’ve walked my own personal journey as a Black lesbian, and my professional path as a therapist, I’ve seen just how crucial safe spaces are. Too many of us grow up in homes, churches, and communities where we don’t feel physically or emotionally safe, leaving our core need for safety and belonging unrecognized and unmet.
This is why I do this work — because healing happens in community. Because we all deserve spaces where we can show up fully; without fear, without shame, without apology.
My mission is to create and nurture those spaces, helping Black queer folks find the freedom to live authentically, love openly, and heal deeply.
If you’re ready to embark on that journey, I’m here to walk beside you.
